The location is a bit remote, in the remote part of Ghent, but it is convenient to get on and off the highway. It takes half an hour to go to Brussels, Ulster, and Antwerp. The hotel room is larger and the bed is bigger. The breakfast is okay and the price is high.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, propere kamers en een goede locatie. Heel tevreden over dit hotel, ik kom zeker terug. Goede hotel in een leuke stad Gent. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Gratis wifi en prijs is inclusief ontbijt.

We hebben dit hotel geboekt en zijn over het algemeen tevreden over het hotel zelf. De kamers zijn proper, mooie badkamer, koffie faciliteiten op de kamer alsook een koelkast, een goed bed, en een prima ontbijt. Enkel het inchecken heeft een wat wrange nasmaak gekregen bij ons. De receptionist wou absoluut weten waar wij gereserveerd hadden voor het avondeten. Wij hadden dus gereserveerd in een ander restaurant. De reden is omdat we niet dadelijk opgemerkt hebben op de site dat hier een restaurant was, wat ik ook heb aangegeven. “Dit vind ik niet zo fijn” kregen we te horen alsook dat we nu ook een gratis drankje misliepen. Het is nog steeds de keuze van de klant om te beslissen waar we gaan en staan, en dit kwam wat opdringerig en onvriendelijk over. Echter, de vriendelijkheid van het ander personeel was zeer oprecht. Kort geschetst, toch een prima, gezellig hotel.

Hotel correct. Parfaitement placé travaillant au Flanders expo. Je viens ici depuis plus de 10 ans. Rien à changer dans l hotel. Bon petit déjeuner. Seul point noir le restaurant. Prix excessifs, personnels désagréables. Si vous pouvez aller en ville il y a d excellents restaurants !

Un hotel que tiene muchos aspectos positivos: - Recepcionista que habla español, encantadora, amable, servicial y que te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas (información, estancia...). - Habitaciones muy amplías y funcionales ( Nosotros somos 2 adultos y dos niños). Nevera en la estancia. - Desayuno buenísimo, abundante y variado. - Parking de pago, hay que cogerlo porque es una zona donde no hay alternativa (19€). Para ir al centro hay autobuses (3€ persona ida). Nosotros volveremos, seguro.

We have stayed here a couple of times as a stopover between U.K. and Holland. Hotel is exactly what you expect from HI, clean, simple, standard buffet breakfast. Location is close to the motorway but we didn’t get disturbed by any noise. If you walk over the motorway bridge to the hospital there is a tram stop which takes you into the town centre. Lovely city much like Brugge but quieter!
