Traveling around Europe and this was the best hotel and room. Above all praise. Cleanliness and comfort 10 out of 10. The breakfast was wonderful, overall I didn’t want to leave, it felt like home. But Luxembourg lies ahead, although I will spend the night in Metz, since Luxembourg has very expensive hotels, and I’m going further to Strasbourg)
I strongly recommend the hotel! Best!

The staff were all lovely; Luc was especially helpful, gave great advice, recommendations, directions. The suite was a really great size.
The furniture in the room was starting to look shabby and the two drains in the bathroom were slow. For some reason the TV kept turning off.
I would stay there again.

A truly superb hotel, being a coach driver the coach can be parked just 8 minutes walk away Food is fantastic, all staff are amazingly helpful and friendly Room I had was huge, love the coffee machine and full size fridge A very quiet hotel can here nothing during the night it’s just top marks

Lovely stay - the kitchen was really helpful about sorting me a lovely meal when I arrived & had a Zoom meeting till just before they closed, & the desk staff were friendly & helpful & the bar staff were great too.
Missing a star because the shower cold tap didn't work.
Loking forward to coming back!

Aparthotel well located in a quiet area and close to the center (10/15 mins walk). The staff is very friendly and always ready to advise you on your walks in town. The apar**ents are spacious and well soundproofed. Breakfast on site at the restaurant where you can also have lunch and dinner is good. The parking also on site is at an affordable price compared to the competition.

We stayed here for a short city trip in Ghent. Spacious, beautiful and well-maintained rooms with all facilities. Perfect WiFi and TV facilities. Helpful staff and an extensive breakfast buffet! A 15' walk from the heart of Ghent! We would definitely stay here again, if only for the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff! Keep up the good work people! A+++

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Sandra and Michel went above and beyond. Good location, 15 min walk to centre. Secure parking available. Nice breakfast. Room was a little dark but clean and had everything one required incl hairdryer.
