Well located but for a reservation as a couple they only left a towel, we tried to contact the 24/7 virtual reception but they never answered us, so we didn't know if they could store our luggage. They also don't do daily cleaning.

Perfect location and really nice staff, but maintenance and cleanliness are extremely poor. We bought disposable dishes so we wouldn't have to use theirs. White socks on the floor turned black in no time.

Nice room, clean and comfortable bed. However, there is no parking at the hotel as stated in the description, so you have to use the public garage about 300m away.

Hello, very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, heating on the wall which does not work, hot water in the shower which became cold after 3 minutes, we were unable to get the TV to work because there was no explanation from Apple TV, no reception on site. However, the bed was large and comfortable. I would not return to this hotel

There was only half a roll of toilet paper available and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty.
The bed is of excellent quality.
Nice base to explore the center of Ghent.

Excellent room, clean, all necessary things available. Close to (walking distance) many attractions (churches, winter market, shops, small streets, old pubs and restaurants).
It's a pity that there is no reception and/bar!
But I knew that in advance.

Lovely old building. Yes, stairs are original and steep but not a problem.
Front view is of square used for parking - shame but didnt spend time looking out of the window.
