Très sympatique réception de la part de Frédéric malgré l'heure (très) tardive de mon arrivée.
Je regrette qu'il n'y avait pas la télévision (problème de changement de fournisseur d'accès), que cela n'aie pas été mentionné et que cela n'aie pas fait l'objet d'une ristourne.
A ce sujet, je trouve le prix surévalué par rapport aux prestations.
Merci encore à Fred qui s'est levé de bonne heure afin de me préparer le petit-dej pour que je sois à l'heure à mon rendez-vous.

No Fred, no breakfast, no service. But they let you pay for it! Heard after paying that there was no breakfast because of Covid. No restrictions were imposed at that moment in Belgium. The place was held by a student who was present an hour a day. Owners were themselves on holiday. No one to take back the key, no B&B philosophy, more like an expensive american motel. Got no reaction on my emails to the owners, still waiting to get refunded the 4 breakfast we should have enjoyed. If you want to spoil your visit to Ghent, go to this place!

Wij waren helaas wegens omstandigheden vertraagd voor onze incheck. Helaas werd hier erg vervelend op gereageerd. Bij aankomst bleken wij niet de geboekte (en bevestigde) kamer te hebben met losse bedden, maar een met een kingsize bed (wij hadden bewust voor aparte bedden gekozen). De volgende ochtend bij het ontbijt ( deze was redelijk karig) werd mij medegedeeld dat we contant moeten betalen. Dit werd vooraf niet gemeld. Erg vervelend dat ik heel erg het gevoel kreeg dat ik niet eens mocht ontbijten, maar eerst naar de pin moest lopen. Al met al een redelijk rare ervaring in dir verblijf.
