Two weeks after my booking I am still waiting for my invoice. Sent numerous reminders but no response - apparently there is no interest to engage with guests once they have paid up, even for a really very standard request such as getting a receipt over the payment. Shockingly unprofessional management. I recommend staying somewhere where you are treated with respect and not just as a cash cow.
