The front desk clerk was very polite, but the room was really dirty. I felt like there were insects crawling on me all night. In addition, the hotel does not have an elevator and the sound insulation is very poor, so you will be woken up by the noise every time there are pedestrian stairs.

Dusty. Overdue cleaning work. Good hot water and very nice staff. Realistic for the price at this location. Luxury room is quite small. Close to the center and nice and quiet. Great for 2 nights to explore Ghent!

A very cozy space to have breakfast. Still some work to be done on the rooms, shower did not work properly. (room 19) But it will be fine, we are renovating, keep up the good work and it will work out! We would love to come back, pleasantly surprised... see you next time :)

The hotel is quite central, the bed linen was clean and the two ladies at the reception were very friendly. But that was about all the positive things. The price was far too high for the state of maintenance (the bathroom was pretty dirty, as was the floor in the bedroom) and the completely worn-out bed. No, no, I definitely won't go there next time.
