This is a fabulous resort! It ranks right up there with Anantara, a couple hours away. The rooms are, I think, the finest in all of Tunisia. Food and service just as they should be. The resort grounds are pretty, the spa perhaps the nicest in Tunisia as well. Nothing about this place doesn’t rate as 5 star.

Very nice hotel in the desert with nice villas , restaurants and spa center , ideal for travellers who want to have a good experience, the territory is Big and you are living in an independent villa , the service at the top with staff speaking different languages and with attention

The hotel is just amazing. Equipment (including the Gym) is up to date and everything is made by the wonderful staff to live the dream in the desert. The SPA is top. Restaurant is matching the excellent quality of the delicious food expected. We will come back soon !!!

Vraiment excellent! Ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens et ça ne n’est pas la dernière non plus! Nous avons été accueilli de la meilleure des façons encore une fois. Tout était propre, le personnel très professionnel, et accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde et je conseil vivement d’aller au spa.

Wonderful new location for The Residence... great welcoming and friendly staff. We did particularly enjoy the SPA... from Douz we discovered the dunes in the desert... the oases ... special thanks to Tayssir for her hospitality and perfect german's knowledge!

Honestly it was the best experience I’ve ever had in Tunisia. The personnel are sophisticated very welcoming, friendly and nice, they’re always smiling. Beds are big and comfortable. Food was also of a very good quality. The decor and views are stunning. Nothing was missing. The whole place was spotless! To summarize nothing bad can be said. I recommend everyone to come to this place.

Très belle infrastructure. L’espace spa et piscine intérieure est exceptionnelle. La piscine extérieur est également très agréable. Les villas sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. La salle de sport est bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet varié.

We waren 7 nachten in dit prachtige hotel. Alles was super 'de Villa' diner, ontbijt en de service van de medewerkers onder de leiding van mevrouw Sana. Een warm welkome door de heer Bechir en de heerlijke Spa by Clarins met de goede masseur Ayala en team. We komen zekere terug en raden het aan voor mensen die van rust en luxe houden en hiervan dan excursies kunnen doen in de woestijn en naar Tozeur. Nogmaals dank, John & Eric.
