Questa settimana ero con amici in vacanza e pernottando in questo villaggio ho notato la sua disorganizzazione e inoltre abbiamo avuto problemi come accuse infondate e senza prova per tenere la cauzione e trattenere più soldi del dovuto. Dalla doccia esce l’acqua dal pavimento L’acqua calda dopo le 22 non è più utilizzabile. Le camere vengono lasciate sporche e non vengono pulite dal personale

personale molto scorbutico e antipatico, inoltre hanno provato ad accusarci di danni non fatti da noi senza prove. Pulizia delle stanza pessima,coperte e lenzuola mai cambiate. Unica nota positiva é la cucina, che almeno era mangiabile.

accoglienza pessima, lo staff poco cordiale, cibo molto scarso. abbiamo notato delle presenze di blatte nel ristorante dove mangiavamo. pulizia e igiene pessimo. abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche e materassi scomodissimi, soprattutto per chi ha problemi di schiena non potrà mai dormire su questi materassi.

I would like to point out the very high attention to the customer even after the stay. My son had forgotten a sweatshirt in his room and they had it delivered to my home in the province of Milan. They didn't have to do that. Really very attentive and kind.

I would like to review this village positively, I found a very clean and relaxing environment, just what my partner and I were looking for. We had fun playing padel and swimming in the pool with an excellent spritz to keep us company.

Very nice place and always friendly staff, we were on holiday with the family and I must say that in addition to the delicious food we found a pleasant and welcoming environment! The children had a lot of fun with the entertainment while we adults relaxed by the pool.

Quiet place, the month we were there was probably the best, away from the chaos but at the same time well connected to the beauty of the surroundings, if you're by car it's ideal. Really friendly and helpful staff. Top swimming pool!
