Sicuramente però non è un hotel a 4 stelle, stanze piccole, frigobar vuoto, aria condizionata inesistente, bagni piccoli con doccia piccola, struttura che ha i suoi anni e andrebbe modernizzata, personale molto disponibile, non avrei nulla da ridire se il prezzo fosse di un hotel 2-3 stelle, ma 4 proprio non le merita.

We stayed here in June with our 8 months old baby. The air conditioner didn´t work and the outside temperature was 32-36 degrees. It was terrible. We could barely sleep. We complained about the AC to the property manager through *******, but we never heard any response. The staff in the reception couldnt do anything about it. We asked for the room-change. They told us that they would talk to the manager, but nothing was done. We were just offered that we could borrow a fan from the reception which kind of helped a little bit.
Otherwise the staffs in the kitchen/waiters/cleaners were super nice and friendly. We really dont understand why such a super-nicely located property wouldnt bother to invest some money on AC even though some guests were already complaining about AC back in 2019.
