Friendly staff. Excellent cleaning. Quiet location and a few steps from the Giardini Naxos seafront. Applause to the receptionists, they are all professional. The swimming pool is sea water. It's wonderful to go down the stairs after breakfast and find yourself in a beautiful sea. I'll be back

The hotel is in a quiet and magnificent location, right on the rocky tip of Giardini Naxos, directly on the sea. All or almost all the rooms face the sea and it is wonderful to be able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner listening to the lapping of the waves and admiring the sea.
There is no sand, so it is not suitable for those who don't like rocks, but the hotel has a small swimming pool.
The rooms are quite basic, but have everything. Cleanliness is very good..Friendly and friendly staff.

Hotel located in the most beautiful area of Giardini Naxos in a quiet and panoramic place. Large and clean rooms, swimming pool with spectacular sea water and overlooking the cliff in front of a beautiful and clean sea. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was also excellent. Efficient and friendly staff, with a special mention for the receptionist Rosy and the pool barman. Low price. I recommend it to everybody.

Poorly maintained 70s hotel. Common rooms and corridors with damaged and damp plaster. In the bathroom the tiles are close to coming off. The unkept garden and the dry stone walls with broken stones (be careful with children because they could cut themselves). Even the present swimming pool has a completely dilapidated interior. The cliff from which you access the sea is completely abandoned to itself (with residues of rubbish). Breakfast consists of discount products and frozen croissants. The dinner was a little more than sufficient, you can see that the staff does the best they can with the means they have. The restaurant staff is very kind and friendly, but unfortunately this is not always enough to make up for the deficiencies of the structure. Chincherini Holiday boasts a coat of arms that this hotel would do well not to display! If you can't "maintain" the structures, don't insist! Holidays are too important a time of year for customers, who work a whole year to be able to do them, have respect for that!!!

Superb hotel, very well located. A real pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace by the sea and in the evening to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The maintenance staff is very pleasant. Rosy at reception is truly extraordinary, very helpful and always smiling. We had an excellent vacation.

Nice hotel with clean/decent rooms. Somewhat dated interior. Friendly staff. The hotel is situated directly at a small seabay which is gorgeous! Great for snorkeling! Breakfast a plenty but mainly sweet (cakes, breadrolls etc.). Dinner somewhat of a mixed bag (some good, some bad) Nothing to write home about. So if you're looking for a quiet hotel situated near the sea in a lively area with busy nightlife (approx. 10 mins walk) this hotel is a great option!
