I had really good experience in the hotel. I'm impressed the most with all the people working there. And I think this hotel is so great thanks to them. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but obviously it's not a 5 star hotel and it was great value for the money. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh, room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is dirty, moldy, with dated decor and a tiny slow elevator. As soon as I entered the room I began looking online for other places to stay and checked out. Could not have stayed here one night let alone four nights. I sat on the bed as I was searching - it felt like an army cot. The upholstery on the headboard was torn /shredded in spots. The shower had visible mildew and cracked tiles. I can’t imagine what else I would have found if we stayed longer! Beware!! Luckily we found somewhere nice and clean to stay.

This hotel is an amazing combination of outstanding service and fabulous view! The room was very spacious- enjoyed on a balcony overlooking the sea. Five stars isn’t enough for this top notch of an experience!

Hotel pressoché buono con camere con balcone ben arredate. Purtroppo c’è un solo ascensore che va molto lento facendo perdere molto tempo. Anche la posizione è scomoda non essendoci un parcheggio inoltre la via d’ingresso è stretta non consentendo nemmeno di potersi fermare con la macchina per scendere i bagagli. Si avvalgono di un parcheggio distante 100 metri al costo di 10 euro al giorno. Mi dispiace dire che non c’è alcun rispetto per l’uso della mascherina ne da parte del personale ne da parte degli ospiti

View was amazing! !! From the balcony we saw the sea and mount Etna in all it's glory. Bed was also really comfy. It was a quiet location also, really good for a family vacation. I don't always sleep well away from home but this time it was not a problem. Closest beach was free but stony, which didn't bother us but we also did two beach days in Lido di Naxos. It is 1,3km away but sandy and very pretty. Very good restaurants are also really-really close, within 100 meters. Breakfast was minimalistic but very good! I'm really happy with our hotel choice. Highly recommend!

Leider fehlt bei die Möglichkeit 'gut' zu bewerten, das würde es treffen. Sehr gut ist das Personal - nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die neue Hotellobby verspricht viel, was das Zimmer nicht halten konnte. Der klapprige Uralt-Kleiderschrank ist zum Glück nicht zusammengebrochen, wurde die Badezimmern eingetreten hilft nur ein Austausch - überkleben mit Folie wirkt billig und stümperhaft. Ich habe nicht gewusst, dass es so winzige Duschkabinen überhaupt gibt... Max. 80x80, wenn überhaupt. Da gestaltet sich der Einstieg über Eck recht schwierig, gerade wenn man nicht superschlank ist. Fällt was runter muss man raustreten, aufheben, wieder rein.... nicht lustig!

Hotel ubicato in ottima posizione per potersi muovere e visitare i principali punti strategici, giardini naxos,taormina e simili. Inoltre c'è la possibilità di mangiare li in zona, ci sono vari ristoranti, mini market,bar e negozi. Pulizia delle camere eccellente, personale cordiale.

Fue una hermosa experiencia, el hotel tiene unas vistas muy bonitas que te permiten conectar con el lugar y hacer que sea una experiencia muy placentera. Muy recomendado por la calidad de las habitaciones y la amable atención del personal. Además tiene el plus de la playa!! Volvería muchas veces más por lo acogedor del lugar.

Hotel in un’ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare. Ottima organizzazione, staff professionale ed efficiente, camere ben pulite e la colazione è veramente abbondante. Consigliatissimo per passare una bella vacanza a Giardini.
