Best Western Giddings Inn Suites

We were expecting a full breakfast like the your flyer printed and they were short staffed, and the breakfast was a big deal for us and not what they served

Not a great check in, slow elevator, tv didn’t work however the staff fixed it.

So thankful this property was here! We booked at another motel and weren't there 20 mins and I couldn't stay. Last second I was able to book a room and check in. The front desk lady wasn't the most friendly, but we were just thankful to have a clean room.

For the price that they charge you would expect a nice bathroom. There was mildew in the shower and shower sliding doors were off the racks. Not worth the price.

Very Clean and Tidy Hotel. Extremely nice check in. Our Family had an emergency and we needed rooms for out of town family. The Hotel was just what we needed. They are friendly and Knowledgeable. Not only that, they were there in my family's time of need.

Being understaffed made our stay much different than at other BWs in the past. They did the best they could, but it just didn't feel "normal."

Hotel stay was good and clean. The check in person for November 17th could have been more pleasant. Her tone was rather on the rude side. The next morning we didn’t make it down for breakfast and asked if there was coffee and she went on to state “ no coffee breakfast is over. Really. With that in min Overall it was ok.

WiFi is so bad. But that’s not why I’m leaving a review. You cannot even get into the lobby without a key. Which would be fine if there was someone at the front desk. 20 minutes waiting to get in. There has to be a better way to handle security. It doesn’t seem to be a high risk area. If lobby is locked, there should be someone at the front desk, or at least a doorbell or something
