Lovely Hotel within easy reach of Glasgow but far enough out to be away from the traffic. Rooms arelovely with great beds and bedding. very comfortable. Only one problem is that my room was over the bar and with the window open there is significant noise from outside till well after 11. Will not stop me staying there again though.

First visit here for a family party and an overnighter. The place has had a makeover and they have got everything right. From the fittings and fixtures in the rooms to the staff, food, decor, staff, check-in and out and the staff.....all was great. Can honestly say I can't fault it.

We had our wedding here in April '24. I stayed the night before with my parents and from the minute I arrived everything was perfect. Brooke our wedding co-ordinator went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was noted and taken care of. Lorraine who was our MC on the day kept the day moving and kept us informed of anything we needed to know without being intrusive. The whole staff team were amazing and no request was too much for them. Bar staff were amazing, food sent by the kitchen was beautiful, serving staff were quick and efficient. Every member of staff we encountered from reception to cleaning staff was pleasant and welcoming. Can not fault a thing. Thank you Redhurst Team!

We got married here on the 6th April and from the day we booked it right up until the day after the wedding the whole team were fantastic. The day of the wedding Lorraine & Amy made everything run exceptionally smooth with no faults! The grand ballroom was set up perfectly and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. On the day Lorraine and team ensured us and all guests were made to feel extremely welcome. All guests complimented the food. The bar service was exceptional and quick. We had the perfect day and the hotel staff played a major part! Would recommend to anyone to have their wedding here.

Stayed in hotel for a couple of nights for a wedding. The staff were polite and helpful and the room although small had everything we need. The wedding venue and meal was very good and the bar area and restaurant were clean and tidy with a good a**osphere in the evening. The food in the restaurant the night before the wedding was disappointing. The steak was really tough. Apart from that all good.

We got married here on 30/03/24 and it was the most perfect day! The ballroom is stunning, the garden house is absolutely amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make our day run so smoothly. A special shoutout to Lorraine, Brooke and Amy for being so attentive and organised for our wedding making it the best we could’ve imagined! We are so glad we chose to get married here and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you all Redhurst staff for being so welcoming and kind!

Attended a family wedding, could not fault this at all, beautiful venue, but please get a lift for the disabled, infirm etc, that was the only down fall off this beautiful hotel and venue or I would have gave 5 stars, staff are very professional.

The service is awful my soup was cold,no condiments on the table.My friend got chips which were dry and reheated.To get another drink etc you have to search for staff,walking up and down looking for them.The fact you cant use cash is appalling.You are charging westend prices but you don't provide the service.I won't be going back.
