Nothing unique about the property. The bathrooms in the rooms are very odd. A waste of space the way they built them. Could use some updating but otherwise it worked well for our short stay.

The positive was that the room was a nice size and we were comfortable. The negatives were that the rooms showed wear and tear, the pillows were way too soft and very uncomfortable, and the round mirror in the shower room was extremely dim. We asked the front desk eBay was the secret to turning the light up and were told that everyone complains about them but there is no way to turn them up any brighter.

The air conditioning unit leaked causing cold wet carpet. The issue was reported to staff 2 times. Only when housekeeping reported the issue was a blower placed in the room to dry the carpet. Staff then forgot about the blower unit and did not remove it until I requested.
The bathtub was an obvious replacement unit tub that was too small to safely place your feet to shower.
The toaster at breakfast would not even toast a bagel.
Disappointing stay.

What a lovely stay at this hotel! The maintenance and housekeeping were impeccable, and the staff was very customer-focused and friendly. The only issue I had was the very dim light in the bathroom—it was awful. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Clean hotel with friendly staff located a block off of US 1 and convenient to Cleveland Clinic Hospital and doctor offices. Offered discount rate for Hospital patients. Grounds include pond with waterfowl. Fitness center was well equipped. Room decor was disappointing with uncomfortable sofa, ill located TV for ease of viewing and diffcult to move barn doors on bathroom (typical Springhill style). Be sure to request a room away from the pool for privacy and quiet.
