Nestled among a great deal of natural verdant vegetation, the hotel has a pleasant smell and is clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The night clerk, however, needs to work just a little on learning to operate faster using the systems the hotel uses; but otherwise, our stay was very good— a comfortable place to rest and relax. The breakfast offers a variety of options ranging from waffles, scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon to yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. Fruits and a variety of breakfast drinks are also available, and the breakfast bar attendant is a sweetheart. If you intend to spend time at the beach or on the barrier islands in Vero Beach and do not wish to pay the high cost of hotels in that area, this hotel provides you access within a short driving distance. You may also travel down Indian River Drive or U S #1 south to downtown Vero Beach. Good location!
