I was thinking about a little more onboro, but it was better than I thought because it was repaired there. It is a little difficult to use the air conditioner in centralized management and the degree to which the toilet seat is too small is inconvenient. Breakfast is also quite delicious. There are many places to drink and eat in the neighborhood. It is concentrated on one street behind the main street across the street, but it is easy to eat and walk, and it is only young people, but it is very lively to drink and walk so much. Other than using the old system of keys and air-conditioning for the room, everything with this hotel has been perfect!
Valued for money laundry systems, near the JR train station, near yakiniku food areas and many more. Staff were all so pleasant and efficient at all times as well.

We stayed on the second day of our solo trip to Shiga and Gifu. It is a very convenient location, a few minutes walk from JR Gifu station and MEITETSU Gifu station. There is a bus stop to each direction in front of you, and it is also perfect for sightseeing such as Gifu Castle (Gifu Park). The single room was a little wider with 15.9㎡ and the bed width was 160cm and comfortable. The desk was also large and easy to use in a study style rather than a normal wall arrangement. The facilities were clean. The bathroom and breakfast buffet are standard.

Free breakfast, just a good feeling for those who want to eat lightly. Chicken Chan Chan baked was not suitable for their mouth. Free coffee is not particularly delicious and not unpleasant. The room was clean and the minimum necessary was available and I didn't feel inconvenient. It is close to the station and is far from the customs town, so it is a safe location for women. I chose it because there was a washing machine, but there was only ３ (paid) and the person (man) who was left behind after use did not appear easily, and I called the front desk and asked him to avoid it. I waited for about an hour to use it in the first place. While waiting, there were three people (all women) who came to check the vacancy of the washing machine to the same Yuo as myself. I don't want to use coin laundry outside the hotel at night. I hope you can understand the use of laundry.

It is a comfortable Dormy Inn. You can enter the elevator hall of Dormy Inn from the building ２ floor because it is connected by the adjacent parking lot (charged ２４ time １０００ yen) and the outer corridor. The front desk and the large communal bath restaurant are a little irregular on the ６ floor. The large communal bath is a simple alkaline hot spring, so the hot water is slimy, and I liked it because it was like a hot spring. I thought it would be better to eat in a small bowl and tongs than to divide it from a platter. Satisfaction is high. If you present a parking ticket to the front desk, you can settle the accommodation fee and parking fee, so it will be convenient for those who need a receipt.

The hotel locates just next to the train station, it is extremely convenient. The staff is very helpful, they help my brother bring our luggages to the station when we all gone for shopping.
The facility is very new, the noise reduction function of the windows are perfect. It is so quiet even our rooms are jut next to the train rails. One point needs to appreciate is the basket for towels, it is so well prepared and detail minded that I just need to pick it up and then can go to the hot spring directly. I particularly enjoy the resting room at the public hot spring area. The environment is clean, tidy and relax. For the breakfast, the type of food is just enough, not too many and not too few. The quality is good in general.
Just one suggestion for improvement, please provide a weight machine for luggages. It will be more convenient for the shoping lovers like us to check if our luggages are overweight. Please kindly consider.

If the activity in Satoyama Park is the main, it is recommended because it is in a very convenient location. I stayed for the first and second nights of my Gifu Petit trip, but it was attached to the service area and I arrived immediately using the high speed, so access was relatively easy. I don't think there was a convenience store nearby for breakfast, but the Satoyama Cafe, which is a 1-minute walk from the hotel, had a morning from 8 am, so I think it's good for those who say that the hotel lunch box is a little ... Su. Of course, I think that the bento boxes and fairfields at this hotel are both delicious and look high, so it's not bad at all. Satoyama Park itself, all popular attractions such as Air Real and Zipline are expensive, and it seems to be extremely crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so personally that is a little bottleneck. I think it is a good inn as a foothold to go to Gujo and Takayama, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

We spent a night at Resol and our stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel is well located in Gifu so you easily go for a walk to explore the city, and the rooms were clean, just like everywhere in Japan. Small downside, we were a group of 40 traveling together and we had the conference room for us for breakfast, but somehow the hotel didn't plan the seating well so we couldn't all eat at the same time.

There is a parking lot, but it may be full depending on the time of day due to events, etc.
The exterior is old and looks old, but it has a good old feel.
The front desk staff were efficient and handled the procedures, and there are plenty of amenities.
The room feels old, but the shower curtain in the bathroom is clean, and the bed sheets are also clean and clean.
The cleanliness and amenities make up for the oldness.

I think it is the best hotel for those who go to Gifu Prefectural Office and its surrounding facilities on business trips from the morning. For other people (especially tourist main), the location is not good, so I do not recommend it. About ３ km from the nearest Nishi Gifu station to the hotel. I have to call a taxi (I didn't wait for one at the station). I had no choice but to walk to the hotel, but during that time I didn't see the taxi １ stand Because it is an old type route-in, the ３ point unit was especially small (toilet and wash basin. The bath is unused because there is a large communal bath), but the restaurant Hanachaya and the large communal bath, which also serve as an izakaya, are still alive ♪. Especially, there is no shop in the area, so I was really grateful that there was an izakaya in the hotel. After that, the smile of the cute sister at the front desk was very nice ♪ The location was evaluated as ”bad”, but it is ”very good” for those who go to the Gifu Prefectural Government and its surrounding facilities on business trips from the morning.

MMaguder DVery cheap in Japanese standard and each rooms has toilet and bath and small fridge. I cannot complain even if it smells badly or very old...any way nothing was wrong with this property. I enjoyed staying in center of Gifu city at this good price. Ofcas the room is not so big nor perfectly clean.but OK quality!
