My son and I took a fishing trip and this property was perfect for us. It was convenient to Kentucky Lake and the bed was comfortable for sleeping, since that is all we did at the property. We were upgraded due to few guests at this time of the year:)

Property was outdated with many visible broken amenities. Probably was nice when built but doesn't look like it's been maintained very well since.

We didn't even stay here. The exterior was unkept. The check in guy showed up to a trailer that i didn't even think was part of the facility. The room he showed us had a roach running down the inside of the door. The pictures on the website are much nicer. Building behind the cabins look even worse. Inside unit very dated, but main concer was the roaches, gap under entry door and surroundings!

The manager/owner called ahead to verify our arrival time and upgraded us to a kitchenette for free.
Upon our arrival, I inspected the room and although it was clean I chose not to stay. I had anticipated a pool for my preteen to enjoy and there was not one. Therefore, I chose a different hotel.

The small cottage is a little rustic and very nice, clean and the king size bed sleeps amazing. We have stayed her twice in different seasons and have enjoyed our stay. The owner is very nice and friendly .

owner was accomidating and room was fairly clean but honestly, the place is a giant dump site! none of the attractions save for ky lake and pattis were even in buissness anymore, our room had no heat- plywood batroom door. outside there was a dump site for appliances and 3 units were torn down and gpne except for foundations and fireplace chimneys! 2 were condemned, grass 13” tall and a trucks on blocks being repaired in lot in front of our room! there was also black mold behind toilet on wall and sheetrock busted arpund shower head! not a good one for you to reference

The manager was super nice and understanding. I have asthma and was unable to stay at this hotel. The rooms are advertised as non smoking but they can't control that people actually do smoke in the rooms. I smelled the smoke immediately upon entering the room and I had an asthma attack.

Just a little Mom and Pop place. The couple was very nice. Room was good. We had neighbors that did keep us up till almost 3am. But everything else was fine.
