Service from all people was top, very friendly. Unfortunately they were busy with renovations when I was there, so I was bothered by the noise. A few umbrellas at the pool were broken so you couldn't lie in the shade.

Near to the port... love the buffet breakfast. Just that when not so many people there they change breakfast to ala carte.

Room without hot water!! I The breakfast was a disappointment, the first night buffet, we loved it and we made a reservation for another night. The next night it was 'a la carte' breakfast, and we paid exactly the same amount. It makes absolutely no sense. The justification would be that they did not have a buffet when they had less than 30 guests, and only when we ate there were about 25 people at the table… Otherwise great! We would stay again.

The best atmosfer for you to chill and relax.. Food was tasty.. Movie on the beach.. Friendly and loving staff, worth for money.. Very close to Harbour and ATM. They have beautiful Garden near the pool.. Hopefully i can go back next year with friends and family

Overpriced, really bad & dry food and unreasonably small portions. They give you like 10 fries in total and they’re all dry. The burger was very average and we were forced to come here during a tour. Don’t recommend this place save tour meals on better places

L’hôtel a l’air agréable aux premiers abords. Nous avons cependant été surpris à 7:30 du matin par les ouvriers qui scient et tapent au marteau juste en dessous de notre chambre d’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas été informé des travaux, et lors du checkin la personne de l’accueil n’as pas pris la peine de s’excuser en avance. L’hôtel semble vide et on nous a attribué les chambres collés aux travaux… de plus les chambres sont vétustes et le personnel de chambre n’as pas remplacer pas les consommables lors de notre séjour (gel douche, café en chambre). Équipements plus que basiques (pas de sèche cheveux, la salle de bain est une catastrophe avec une douche qui me plus d’eau à l’extérieur que sur soi du au calcaire et à la salle de bain extrêmement mal construite. Seul point positif, la piscine extérieur mais qui est un standard dans les hôtels touristiques indonésiens. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, en 2 semaines en Indonésie c’est l’expérience la plus déplorable subie.

Although good location, the hotel is the worst I have ever visited in my life. The attention is terrible, run by young people who are not professional at all and the worst of all is the dirt both in the rooms that are in a deplorable state and in the dining room where insects coexist with the food.

This hotel was a huge disappointment ! Tired and very run down, and the staff were ( with a couple of rare exceptions ) ineffective and disinterested. The rooms (supposedly a suite) was clean, but very tired and run-down. The bathroom very stained and shabby. If you called reception to request something, it was a 50/50 chance of it arriving. You generally had to go and get it yourself. The room had no hair dryer, so you had to 'borrow one' from reception, and opening a bottle of beer to drink on your verandah was a major challenge, no opener was provided and getting somebody to open it was beyond belief. The staff individually, were all pleasant, but def' not on top of their game, which I suggest came from very poor management ! We were on a 'breakfast included deal' but ended up going out for breakfast due to the very poor quality of what was provided.
