Seaside Hotel

Flophouse. Nothing more. The pictures look great, but in reality, it's pretty depressing. You can find much better places for this price.

This hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from a clean beach and the port. The staff at the lobby were very friendly, and we rented an electric scooter for two days which was practically brand new. Contrary to what some reviews mentioned, we didn't experience any discomfort from the pool – no noise or damp smell. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and our room was very comfortable. As some guests noted, there's a mosque nearby, and you can hear the calls to prayer at 5 AM and around noon. Keep this in mind as it might be a slight inconvenience, but it didn't bother us much. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Well, what did I expect from a low-cost hotel? My own fault. Perhaps the high rating comes from guests in more expensive rooms. In the first room we were assigned, my child found mushrooms growing behind the bed, and all day I just saw something black, but I thought it was some kind of waterproofing; it didn't occur to me they were mushrooms... They moved us to another room without any issues.

The cleanliness is good, there's a swimming pool right in front, the AC is cold, and the location is also great.

The hotel had a great location and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the staff often couldn't help us with issues and were unable to provide extra towels. The bedding and towels were dirty, the bathroom smelled musty and was constantly wet, even appearing moldy in some spots. The walls were also heavily worn – renovations are urgently needed. Additionally, several amenities were missing. The nearby mosque was very loud and often woke us up at night. Overall, it was quite disappointing. After our two-and-a-half-week trip through Indonesia, this was the worst hotel we've stayed in so far.

A good little hotel for an overnight stay. Daily cleaning, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar provided, but no fridge. The location is superb - 3 minutes from the evening buzz and the port.
