A wonderful hotel with great service, a delicious buffet breakfast, excellent grounds, and cozy rooms. There's a free cinema in the evenings. It's located on the sunset side of Gili Trawangan island, offering stunning views!

Well everything is good except the behaviour of one the receptionist is not upto the mark. I have travelled many places.Receptionist are always willing to help but that person was exceptional.He didn’t listen anything or doing any kind of help what i asked.Its natural Whenever you are new. Location is great for relaxation. I will recommended to everyone.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is quiet and good for a relaxing stay towards the west side. There are a lot of Indian guests here, and while the noise isn't too bad, the amount of smoking everywhere is a bit much. They even smoke in front of their own children, so there's not much you can say.

Great stay. Everything in the room working well, clean and comfy. Some minor part of the room look a bit "tired" and shower room doesn't have air flow. However, it was a nice stay. The FO was helpful and let us check-in earlier and contacted us to inform the room was ready, check-out was swift (it was the same staff: Erna). Their welcome drink is one of the best, with so many options to choose from. All the staffs are friendly.
