Horrible service. Me and my friend were going to this hostel together and right when we arrived the receptionist told us we have to stay in different rooms even if we booked the same. We are backpackers and are therefore very used to hostels and this had never happens before. He offered NO type compensation and blamed us for it. And he had a terrible attitude. Laughed in our face and didn’t help us at all. The pool looked really disgusting aswell but we decided not to stay even thoe we lost our money cause we felt so uncomfortable. Would not recommend

Booked a bed in a 3 bed dorm for 3 nights and ended up staying an extra 2. Only left because the weather turned poor or i would have stayed longer. There is a slot under the bed to store backpack and a locker at the end of the bed to store a smaller backpack with valuables. If you’ve forgotten a padlock they will provide one for a deposit. Rooms and bathrooms clean, no hot water in the showers but to be honest it was nice to cool down in the shower even first thing in the morning. Pricing good and breakfast was included - eggs either fried, scrambled or omelette. Plus toast and jam, a bowl of fresh fruit and coffee/tea. All of the staff were amazing but a particular shout out to Budi who really went the extra mile making sure I was happy and nothing was too much trouble. Booked a dive through them with the owners dive shop Mango Dive, will review that separately. Also got a free t shirt for doing stay and dive, I will happily advertise them by wearing this! Also had lunch here a couple of times, cheese and ham toastie and Mie goreng. Both were reasonably priced and tasty. Beach was a 2 minute walk and town centre 10 mins.
