The location is great, just out of the busy part but close enough. Private beach just 3 steps out of the hotel. The staff is great, soo caring, soo thoughtful and soo loveable( really i can go on and on ). I am definitely coming back. I allready miss them ❤️. Terima Kasih for everything!!

Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to its good reputation, the only thing that was great was the really friendly and nice staff! It is the many small things that make the hotel not worth the money: The mosquito net around the bed was dung-dirty. The shower in the bathroom lacked pressure and didn't sit at a proper angle, so you had to hold it in your hand during the bath - unfortunately they couldn't fix it, even though we asked for it. There were no small towels to dry hands in. The dirty coffee cups and saucers and spoons were not cleaned when there was cleaning. The smell from the pizza oven and the constant noise from the generator in front of the room. Unfortunately, there was also an awful lot of noise in the hotel as it is right next to a path that goes from one side of the island to the other - so don't expect a good night's sleep as all the (drunk) people use this path. Generally not worth the money despite the very nice staff - they fortunately made up for the worn and dirty hotel with their good service.

Twice we used the free sunbeds on hhe beach, ordering food and drink over a few hours. The sunbeds are well maintained with umbrellas and very close to the sea. Prices reasonable for the location and they do an amazing margarita pizza with lush doughy bread

This was our first night back in the Gilis and decided to give Blu a amare a go.I had the Tom Yum and my husband had a pizza.Pizza was nice but perhaps too much cheese.Tom you was excellent.Seating was nice and plenty of light.Staff were good too

Fantastic location right on the beach. We have a room overlooking the sea and it was great. A few issues with the air con, but overall good value for money. The staff are really helpful and organised bikes, snorkels and a boat trip for us at a very reasonable cost.

The food was okay, but neither of us got what we originally asked for (what it said in the menu). Sellers will also bother you the entire stay, and cats/dogs might jump on your table. The food took a while to get, but at least the servers were nice

The hotel is located at the end of the main street of Gili T, away from the port and the party islands. The hotel is family run with four individually furnished classically furnished rooms, a restaurant in front and a stretch of beach that is reserved for customers only. Five seconds from the ocean, you wouldn't wish for a better place. The best thing here is the service and the food prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast is very rich (you can see it all) and there are banana pancakes, which are the specialty here. The coffee is the best we've had in Bali. If you remember to make a reservation in advance, you can dine on the beach at night, watch the stars, and listen to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. We stayed here during Ramadan so it was quieter than usual which suited us perfectly. You can eat cheaper on the island, but in our experience, the quality of the food is what matters.

QUALITY ?? They don't know! The food arrived at the table with a bad smell! It is no longer an Italian restaurant, we learned about it from residents! The staff wanted me to pay a 10% commission fee for paying by debit card! But that's not the case!

The property's ad on *********** clearly states in multiple places that they have restaurant on site. When asked about the restaurant after my booking, they told me it was closed - but not until AFTER the cancellation window!. then when i asked how they would provide the meals included with the booking they failed to respond. After nearly 2hrs with *********** they finally agreed to waive the cancellation penalty. If this is how the place treats guests before they even arrive, i hate to think about how they treat you onsite. I get COVID and the closures related to the lack of tourism. But how much effort does it take to manage your online presence with the most up to date information?
