Nice clean comfortable hotel a bit out of town where all the tourist hotels are located. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. King bed was very comfortable and nice big shower albeit slow water pressure. The mini fridge had no ice compartment snd was very small but better than nothing .

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.

When checking in, Reception staff told us we hadn't paid and when it was established that we had blamed Flight Centre for their error. The room was tired, the door of the bar fridge didn't work properly and room service was adequate at best Once, the maid even failed to replace used wine glasses. We couldn't make the television work and there no in-room instructions. Eventually the remote was replaced, and we were given oral advice about operating the television. In the course of resolving this issue, we rang the Reception Hotline on three separate occasions, but no one answered so we had to go to Reception to obtain help. We were told to dial 9 instead of the Reception Hotline button, but the staff did not seem to think there was an issue. At breakfast one morning, we waited 25 minutes for two poached eggs to be cooked because it suited the chef to wait until he had a lot of orders that he could cook together. On top of this, the hotel is designed to make guests pass through the gaming area and smoke from the smoking room to access other facilities. We wrote to the hotel about all this on 7 May, but to date our correspondence has not even been acknowledged.

Stayed for work and had no issues. Checkin was smooth. Bed was reasonably comfortable, room was very clean and serviced well each day. Lots of hot water though no bath in the small bathroom. TV is satellite so struggled with reception at times. Didn’t have time to use the facilities but the pool looked good, big, and has a lap pool. Gym looked good although keep in mind it’s shared with the public and can get busy I’m told. Buffet breakfast was fine but very standard. Barista coffee included however which gets bonus marks. The hotel is attached to the ******. The upside to this is that you always have somewhere to go for a drink or food. The downside is that it’s a ****** which lets be honest are horribly depressing places to walk through. In daylight hours you can walk directly to the golf club for a hit or drink via a little goat track.i wouldn’t do this in the dark though. Overall this is a neat, tidy and very serviceable hotel. I’d happily stay here again.

We were only there one night and the room was clean, but the room was tired looking and the hallways looked more like an old middle school. We did take advantage of the guest laundry, which was well-maintained.

The staff was friendly and professional. Convenient location for tour companies for pick up. The furniture in the room is in bad shape and appears dirty that I could not sit on. The juice rum Restaurent food was good but also need a complete renovation.
