Used to love it there but this place has really gone downhill! Breakfast was bad. They don’t refill food often. No silverware. Breakfast area was very dirty. Front staff is very unprofessional. No costumer service skills. Room key stopped working like 3 time! The beds are comfortable. But rooms are not very clean. Great location.

Upon getting there i had 2 reservations. Gave an updated card to the lady behind the desk asked 3 times to make sure the card was changed over. Check out low and behold the wrong card was charged.
I only had 1 set of towels in a room of 3 of us. When i called and asked for more i was brought just one more set.
Thought we would go and enjoy the pool facilities... that was wrong. The hot tub was a max of maybe 75°-80°. The pool was even colder.

When we arrived the room was not cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were used towels on the floor. The bed did get made but the bathroom was not cleaned and the towels were left there. I'm going to assume the rest of the room was not cleaned either. The food at breakfast was burned and started to get stale around 7:30/8 am. The coffee was not replenished in a timely manner. The pool was freezing and the pool room was also freezing, as if the heat was turned off in that area. It was a busy weekend so maybe they were understaffed but it wasn't an impressive hotel stay.

Tv did not work in room. They moved me to another room. Desk missing in new room, hard to do work. Original room had a desk. At 249am, front desk called my room because earlier person did not move my information to new room and to ask if someone left a cell phone in room or bathroom. My key did not work in morning. Lady who fixed my key, I mentioned all this to her and she didn’t seem to care.

I am a Wyndham rewards member and I can honestly say that this hotel's Front desk old lady is one rude and stuck up person. I booked a room for myself and 2 of my kids. We arrived a bit earlier so I went inside to ask if our room was ready. She looked at me and said "no, I can't check you in before 3pm and even after that I don't know if room will be ready. We were all booked last night so we are busy". As I was leaving flight attendant and couple of pilots came in and she let them check in with no issues...So just because I don't wear fancy uniform or look like I'm a billionaire she is ok to act towards me like that? I don't think so. I cancelled the reservation immediately and I can say I will NEVER stay at this hotel! Find a different place to stay if you are in Gillette. This place don't deserve your money or your business!
