Comfort Inn & Suites Gillette Near Campbell Medical Center

Very spacious, comfortable room. Conveniently located on the west side of Gillette with easy access back to I90. Also it is only a very short drive to the historic downtown.

We did not have hot water to shower for our entire stay and they would not give us a discount or refund because we booked through *******. Will never stay again!

The bed is not a true queen size bed. I was told it’s a hotel queen so be ready to be cozy. They only provide 3 towels in a room that sleeps 4. When asking for replacement towels for 4, they only gave 3 towels and then said they were out. For having the pool open 6am-10pm, both mornings we used the pool they didn’t have fresh towels to use. We were told they were all out of pool towels and regular room towels . On a weekend that they hosted a bunch of soccer families and sold out, management couldn’t think ahead to do a little laundry during the night. Breakfast was ok with eggs, bacon, sausage and the full assortment of prepackaged pastries that looked 5-10 days old.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The walls were thin and people shutting doors and talking in the halls woke me up several times during the night.

Clean rooms, rooms don’t look run down. Pool and hot tub are great. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. I took one star off because the mattresses could softer and I could tell ours were pretty old because there is an indent where people have slept over and over. Overall it was a great time.

As a solo traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. Also extremely impressed with the level of cleanliness. It was a wonderful experience and I would def stay again

Some things were worn, but the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Overall the best hotel of our 3 week trip. Very clean room, comfortable beds, good buffet breakfast, well kept fitness room and pool, friendly staff. A++ on all counts! The place to stay in the Gillette Wyomng area when looking for a mid-range priced motel. .

The Hong Kong restaurant across the street is the best Chinese food we have ever had! Great food good prices!
