I travel for a living and I stay in many hotels all over the US and Canada. This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. No air conditioner and rooms are ver hot and stuffy. Hotel is going through renovations and should be shut down. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to call this property mine.

Multiple other hotels in the vicinity that are much nicer and newer, this Ramada is old and dirty. Room and beds were dirty, carpet was stained and bathroom was scary. Breakfast consisted of junk food and yogurt.

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We picked this hotel because they advertised they have a pool and breakfast. They don’t have either of those. The rooms stink and are dirty. I would have went some where else if all other hotel in the area were not sold out for the tournament we were in town for. Would never recommend any one stay unless they literally change every single aspect about it.

Do Not stay here. It is run down and disgusting. I slept in my close on a sqeeky broke down bed in a dirty scary room with my daughter who thought the maintenance room smelt like a "skunk". They won't let you out of a reservation and you would pay not to stay here gladly.

Horrible experience. The gym was closed due to black mold. No breakfast as advertised due to “fire in the kitchen”. The guy at the desk wearing a hoodie and not getting out of his chair to check us in. After about 6 pm they turned off most of the lights in the lobby. Room was dirty and furniture very run down. While passing a couple of boys that were cleaning rooms in the hallway, they were on their phones using vulgar language.

Everything is falsely advertised and the front staff is the worst (especially the guy). I'm sure the "don't care" attitude comes from the top, because it's dark/dingy, no wifi, pool heat broken, lock broke on our room, ice machines broken, NO breakfast, NO bar, NO restaurant, HARDLY any parking...shall I go on?

Horrible customer service. No hot water. Bed was okay, but the room wasn't very clean. The was crumbs on the carpet, I mean c'mon, at least vacuum sufficiently. Had a missing light bulb in a lamp. Bathroom ceiling was broken and gross. They just didn't put anything out for breakfast, at all.. Overall, not good.

I would not stay at this place. The entry was not marked well and very poor lighting. Carpets were very dirty. Hallways were very dirty and scary. Back door was propped open all night. Carpets in the room were dirty.

I walked in after booking this hotel for 2 nights using points and immediately called my credit card for a refund!! I have never been in such a run down hotel…and that was just seeing the outside and lobby! Filthy carpet, dust on the tables in the lobby, torn up benches, and more. I would hate to see a room, but I am not waisting my time to do that! On to another hotel!
