It was the worst weekend. The first floor restaurant was unavailable even on a weekend evening, and the manager's response was even worse. They said it was open until 11pm, but the manager didn't cut the entrance at 8pm. I went to the restaurant twice to ask about the operating hours and whether it was available, but as a customer, he made up a story that I didn't even mention because I misunderstood. It was the worst. The auxiliary facilities are not directly managed by Lotte, so they can't manage the 5-star auxiliary facilities, and even when I complained to the counter, the useless auxiliary facilities manager came out and talked nonsense. It was the worst evening. The check-in wait took an hour, and there weren't enough chairs, but the chairs I sat on were exposed to the sunlight, so I thought I was going to die. Online reservations don't work with mobile check-ins, and it's worse than a 3-star hotel, and worse than a 4-star hotel in China. I'm shocked at the service and customer response that's worse than Lotte City Hotel. I feel sorry for the kids, and the auxiliary facilities are the worst. It is a place where you can feel the lack of service, where the outside of the building is flashy, and the staff training and response are clearly lacking. The bathroom door frame wood wallpaper is creaking, and there are foreign substances on the towels. In the morning, I watched a noisy screen for an hour on TV because the internet reception was not working. I will never go to Gimhae, Gyeongnam or Lotte Gimhae again.

The hotel is new, spacious and bright, with convenient parking. There is a Lotte Park next to the hotel, and a little further away is the Lotte Outlets. There is also a water park next to it, which is very friendly for family vacations.

Overall, I am satisfied Breakfast is also very delicious I stayed for several nights and the food was delicious and I didn't get tired of it However, the cleaning seems to be not thorough I found trash behind the sofa,,

I think the guest pool is too expensive for the price. Usually, it is possible to have a single room for elementary school students, but I paid extra because it was not possible. ㅜㅜ
