It was a very cold day and I wanted to check in early, but no matter how many times I called the front desk on the intercom, they never answered. Even though I'm the type of person who can't even enter the building unless the front desk opens it for me, I waited quite a while in the parking lot, shivering. In the end, he decided to make a call and finally came down. Despite the obviously irregular way of calling him, he didn't seem apologetic and didn't even apologize for making me wait. I was asked if I had come by car, and when I answered that I had come, I was told that it was fully booked today. There were about three empty parking lots, and I explained that I was parking there, but the parking lot was full, so I kept asking questions without any further explanation. I didn't get the point, so I just told them to proceed with the check-in and ended the conversation. There was probably a notice saying that the second parking lot was no longer available, so it seems that there are fewer parking lots compared to the guest rooms. I think by the time I checked in, it was already full with guests staying multiple nights and guests who had checked in earlier. Apparently someone else was out and was stopped. That should be explained first. Even though we are not in a location like Naha where there are coin parking lots scattered all over the place, it is a problem to be told that you cannot park for the first time when you check in. Even though I could have predicted that the parking lot would be full, there was no provision to guide me to the nearest parking lot. Has anyone ever felt the same way? You should also make a special note on the reservation site that you must contact the parking lot by phone in advance, or that you may not be able to park. I chose this facility because it had a parking lot so I didn't have to look for a coin parking lot, so I was so unhappy that I wanted to return if I could cancel for free. There were no particular issues with the room, so I gave it a higher rating, but it ruined my fun experience. Please be careful if you plan to use the facility by car.
