Aunque el hotel no se encuentra en una muy buena zona de Girardot, el alojamiento resulta muy comodo y las habitaciones estan muy bien conservadas manteniendo el toque clasico con el que cuenta el estilo arquitectonico del lugar. Tiene Parking propio aunque algo limtado en su espacio y la tarifa te incluye desayuno. El servicio nocturno puede mejorar pues el chico que queda encargado en la noche es poco atento adiferencia de las chicas que estan en el dia que son muy diligentes.

En general nos fue bien, sin embargo se me perdieron unos accesorios de la cámara Go Pro y nadie respondió, tomaron el caso sin importancia y se hicieron los locos. No vuelvo a un hotel donde no confío que mis pertenencias están seguras..

Fuimos para un domingo de fin de semana con puente y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. El diseño del hotel muy bonito, las zonas húmedas como la piscina, el jacuzzi y el sauna en buenas condiciones y limpio (y estuvimos solos; no estaba lleno como inicialmente lo pensamos). La habitación muy bonita y cómoda, de paso el hecho de que cuente con parqueadero privado es algo positivo y parte de tranquilidad cuando se asiste con carro. Tuvimos muy buena atención de la chica de la recepción desde que llegamos a preguntar, ella muy amable, atenta, carismática y también del resto del personal. 😊Quedamos muy satisfechos y con ganas de volver a este lugar. Pensamos que porque era un hotel en el centro de Girardot no iba ser muy agradable pero superó nuestras expectativas. No tienen servicio de platos fuerte pero a solo dos cuadras del hotel hay variedad de restaurantes. Totalmente recomendable sobretodo para un plan de parejas. 👌 Sin duda de nuevo volvería.

Excelente hotel en sus instalaciones y la calidez de sus empleados sin excepción. Lo lamentable es la calidad del desayuno. debe mejor**** su presentación, calidad y disponibilidad y probablemente las calificaciones serian inmejorables

Central location. Nice staff. Good breakfast (included). Nice and modern facilities. I will consider staying there again if I go back to Girardot.
Street noise and a bit sketchy at night due to the hotel's central location. It was hard to call the hotel via phone. You might need to ask for extra towels.
