El hotel ha desmejorado mucho, hay habitaciones que no se usan por algún daño que presentan, claramente se observa falta de mantenimiento en todos los aspectos, griferías sueltas, humedades, falta de personal para atender a los huéspedes, toallas raidas y viejas etc. en lo personal no entiendo cómo la persona del restaurante llega a las 7:30 cuando los que venimos de trabajo a las 8 tenemos que estar en nuestras labores.....eso que se ahorran como en todo lo demás, porque ya io café hay. Mal muy mal.

instalaciones buenas, valor por noche vs el servicio no tiene relación, con el desayuno incluido es muy básico y el personal del meseras especialmente son lentas y odiosas cero cordialidad y servicio al cliente. habitaciones son confortables pero (agua fría en las duchas) piscina no climatizada Zona de billar sin ventilación. El costo por noche vs el servicio no tiene relación, el desayuno incluido es muy limitado y la conectividad a Internet es muy precaria, las habitaciones son modestas y confortables lo cual es un punto a favor, les hace falta mucho por crecer y dar una buena experiencia

Es un hotel muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Debo reconocer que su gente es amable pero no tienen ni idea de servicio. Su administrador piensa en pobreza. Su servicio terrible. jacuzzi con agua fría. !Hágame el favor!. Una ducha que no sale agua. No hay meseros. La dotación de muy mala calidad. Las toallas merjor una servilleta. El desayuno la verdad no hay palabras para definir lo malo y eso que se jactan de decir que tienen al mejor Chef de la ciudad. Si esto es el mejor como sera el peor. El aseo de las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Muy mal gusto en su decoración. En fin si les es posible no se hospeden allí. Seguro saldrán con una mal sabor por su costo V/S su servicios
