Halfway up the mountain, you can overlook the entire city of Girona, and it is within walking distance of the city center. The small bar at the front desk also sells instant noodles. The Spanish dinner starts at 8:30. Serving a bowl of hot instant noodles and looking at the panoramic view of Girona and the sunset is invincible.

Beautiful hotel. Very warm welcome by young lady on reception. Room spacious and clean. Lovely lounge area and terrace with great views. Has a lovely bar and eating area. Well stocked snack bar.
About 10/15 mins walk into town. But of an uphill walk back but nothing too strenuous and there is always the option of a taxi. If you want the view then you need to be uphill!
Walls a bit on thin side but overall a lovely hotel with great staff.

Cet hôtel n'est pas du tout destiné à des particuliers et surtout pas à des vacanciers. La plupart du temps occupé pour des congrès ou sociétés pour séminaires et autres. Donc quand on se retrouve avec une centaine de personnes du même groupe ! que de bruit et le service est destiné quasi uniquement pour eux. La place au petit déjeuner est difficile à trouver et très bruyant ! Tout sauf des vacances ! Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Vue depuis la chambre sur le mur de l'hôtel. Enfin, ne vaut vraiment pas le prix ! Très déçus

Großes Hotel oberhalb der Stadt, gute Aussicht von der Terrasse. Eher kühler und reservierter Empfang. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen (wir waren vor ca. 10 Jahren schon mal dort) und braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Zimmer und Mobiliar wirkt angstoßen und abgenutzt, überall Schrammen und Gebrauchsspuren. Insgesamt zu teuer für das Gebotene.

Very clean and with a rich aroma. Good service and gluten-free options for breakfast. I didn't like the shower, the shower head was very small and the water pressure was low. At night they turned up the heat too much and my mouth went dry. I also didn't like that there are two beds joined together instead of a two-seater, it was uncomfortable for us.

Excellent, quiet bedding, well located with on-site parking. The center is a 10-minute walk away but be careful on the way back, it's steep 😀. Hearty breakfast. Pleasant staff. Note a terrace with a magnificent panorama.
