The hotel and the service are very good. But the sinks look a little old and the material they leave is poor. The hairdryer is left in the clothes closet and they don't even give you a complimentary bottle of water for being 4*, it's a little poor but the location and bed are very very perfect.

Hotel very well located near the historic center. No parking nearby paid underground parking very expensive 22eu per night !! In addition, no swimming pool as mentioned on the misleading advertising description of the site which is not up to date !!! it has not been in operation for almost 2 years according to the hotel staff, who are very disappointed on this point!!!

Nothing I could find fault with. Perfect for visiting the old town, just go over the red bridge which is a few metres away. Nothing wrong with the room. Big comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Good TV with Netflix and YouTube. Spacious bath with large shower. Only problem was, we found the shower a bit slippery and difficult to get any shower gel out, although it was full. Everywhere was clean.

Séjour agréable. Très bonne situation géographique, et chambres soignées. Cependant le site annonce un parking mais oublie de préciser qu'il est payant (23 euros) les 24h.

estancia en hotel, 21/02/2024 No recomiendo el Hotel, lo primero llegue y 10 minutos para ser atendido, pero vamos, porque no había nadie en recepción Cuando subo a la habitación, pongo la televisión y no funciona ningún canal, bueno uno si, en Frances, llamo a recepción, lo comento y alucino, me dicen que con el nuevo cambio a HD, que no funcionan y que es lo que hay, y nada, lo único que se le ocurrió, es decirme que si quería un descuento, vamos, 4* nada de nada, 2* y por no ser dudo, bueno ellos lo pierden, vengo todos los meses a Girona y otros compañeros y nada, nos iremos a otros, sin problema, hay otros muchos mas y dan un mejor servicio y calidad CT

Nice hotel located in good area of Girona. Close to "old city" and close to many restaurants. Parking is possible very close to the hotel. Have stayed here many times before and still a very good place in Girona!

Comfortable and convenient hotel downtown Girona old city. Rooms are fine, bathroom and shower spacious. Breakfast is fine too.Staff was friendly and attentive. Only problem, there no parking close by, parking is very expensive something like 25-30€ per night
