The position of this hotel is first class. It is situated in the centre of the Old Town. It is full of character and charm. It is within easy walking distance of all the attractions, bars, restaurants and shopping areas. It is an oasis of calm. The staff are superb. They are friendly, helpful and a font of knowledge. Nothing is to much for them. Breakfast is First-class with a superb selection of fresh food, coffee and freshly squized orange juice. The room we had on the third floor 302 was fantastic. Excellent modern bathroom with a spacious rain shower. The bedroom was a good size with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The upper floor had seating and a tea coffee area. The room was spotlessly clean and modern. This is a hotel to seek out if you want something different with character. I have nothing but praise for both the hotel and staff. A lovely relaxing stress free stay.

This hotel anceled our booking because guests do not count at all; We booked and paid for a room months ago. They gave our room to someone who wanted to pay more for it. When you read other reviews: it is their common behavior. Just one simple advice: stay away!

+++ ALUCINANTE TRATO NEFASTO))))) ....llamamos en SEPTIEMBRE para reservar este fin de semana, nos CONFIRMAN la habitación a 175€ las dos NOCHES y hoy cuando llamo para cerciorarnos de la reserva nos dicen que el precio a SUBIDO a 303€ o sea 130€ más. El Director se niega a hablar conmigo porque según la interlocutora Srta Marta "NO SE ENCARGA DE ESTAS COSAS" (para que se encarga un DIRECTOR???) por si FUERA POCO ninguna DISCULPA por si parte y me "AMENAZA CON DENUNCIAR SI COMENTO ESTE HECHO EN REDES SOCIALES". Siendo recomendado por unos amigos inicialmente y habiendo estado alojados en otras ocasiones no podemos entender semejante TRATO y DESPROPÓSITO, evidentemente nosotros no VOLVEMOS))))

L’hôtel est très original, décoré avec goût, d’un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons été accueilli par Guillem, très professionnel, distingué et d’une grande gentillesse. Chaque chambre a sa thématique, et si vous aimez Dali vous serez comblés.
Je dois passer par plus de 100 hôtels par an, celui-ci est clairement dans mon top 3.
J’y retourne à la première occasion !

Muito legal! Minha família adorou ficar neste hotel! Perto de tudo! Funcionárias muito gentis e atenciosos! Voltei 2x r e ficaria novamente! Café da manhã ótimo! Fui a pé para tudo em Girona! Quarto ótimo com mimos para os hóspedes ! Garagem paga que requer habilidade para entrar mas em frente ao hotel !
