The place is beautiful, check in was very easy, it was very quiet and there’s a lovely lady who helped us boom a taxi and with details of where to go. I would defo go and stay again but will probably hire a car as public transport isnt great

Overall a nice experience with you. We had a single night as a family. Good service and smiling staff.
Seemed like our family room hadn't had the floors cleaned properly. There was sand on the floors.
Good breakfast buffet.
We would definitely like to come again.

We have a completely fantastic experience with our 2 grandchildren aged 1 and 3.
After a lovely day at the zoo, all 4 of us took in the lovely and quiet surroundings.
Check-in went completely according to the book with an incredibly sweet and friendly lady at the reception.
After a nice breakfast, it was back to a nice day at the zoo.
We can highly recommend staying one night or more at your lovely place.
We will definitely be back

Personal rooms with private bathroom. Spacious shared kitchen. Common areas such as children's playroom and television/relaxation room. Close to Billund airport. Free on-site parking available. 2 steps from the zoo. I definitely recommend it for the value for money.
