mainly bathroom, no hot water, leaking toilet (whick the admin staff advised leaked and to turn off at the wall) was quiet annoying. There was shoe prints in the shower and hair throughout the both room. Room aircon missing parts. Floor not cleaned properly.

Family friendly hotel with all the room amenities required. Checking in and out was straightforward and easy.

A bit old but clean

very nice motel, clean, nice location, all the facilities you need.

Room was clean and tidy. Very easy to access. Simple check-in. Linen crisp and fresh. Beds comfortable.

Only stayed 20 minutes! Check in is 2-7, Arrived 2:15pm note on office said closed until 3pm. When returning made to wait while she finished her smoke before being served. In the 20 minutes I was there with my son she yelled at someone about their driving and then (I have recorded) screamed at other guests about ***** and their behaviour. Didn’t feel safe left and was told she would refund (booked via travel app, screenshot pics of conversation) our night just chased this up as no refund yet and have now been told she won’t be refunding. Rooms very are run down paint missing, dusty and very sad rooms.

The male owner/manager of the Siesta Villa Motel observed me topping up the radiator of my car using the kettle from my motel room. Any and every normal person would understand that this involved holding the kettle above the radiator opening and pouring in water – exactly the same as holding the kettle above a coffee mug and pouring in water and exactly the same as holding the kettle over a sink and pouring out water (e.g. to empty the kettle). Any and every normal person would understand that topping up a car radiator using a kettle would not, and could not, cause any harm or damage to the kettle. There was no contact between the kettle and any part of my car – there was simply no need for the kettle to touch anything. Well, the male owner/manager abused me for using the kettle to top up my radiator. I’m not kidding! He literally abused me in a very hostile way. And he told me to throw out the kettle because it was now contaminated with oil and that I needed to pay him $20.00 to buy a new one. I stress – no part of the kettle had any contact whatsoever with any part of my car. You can picture pouring water from a kettle into a radiator, yes? The male owner/manager of the Siesta Villa Motel is an irrational, illogical, unscrupulous person! In my opinion, this person does not have the intelligence or personality needed to deal with paying customers.

Fridge was dirty,was offered a cloth to clean ,no offer for them to clean and when i said it needed more than that was told to use the dish washing liquid ,i said i want disinfectant i was given some which i used on bench and bathroom as well as all dirty .Old and run down but no excuse for dirty.Reception limited.Book some where else i will not be back

This motel is obviously in need of/about to undergo renovations. Reasonable location for bus, train and access to city centre.. Guest laundry facility was out of action but still listed in room..price listed $5 each for washing n drying bit much anyway? Rooms with adjoining doors should be limited to families or groups not solos as noise travels through doors easier!!
