The location is very close to the center, but when I used Google navigation, it led me to another hotel. The room was pretty good.

The Hotel is great in a very good location although there is not much to do in Gladstone Shane because it could be great if the town had more to offer. Nothing l open on weekends just a couple of places to eat on the main *****, would not spend more than a night here

We were travelling through and decided to stop in Gladstone last minute.
The room have very well presented and clean. Looks to be recently renovated.

We were stranded by the Heron ferry on New Year's Eve and the island resort did nothing to help any of the guests. We got on our phones and were looking for a reasonably priced place to crash for the night. We got to the hotel and checked n without issue. It was super hot so we changed and headed for the pool. We were the only ones there! We asked the desk how many rooms were booked and she said like 20 only. The restaurant/bar was closed because the owner was on vacation. The town was basically dead and we felt like we were walking in the zombie apocalypses. We ended up ordering Tai for dinner and the 7 of us had the whole terrace and patio to our selves for the night. We ended up having a great time! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. For an unexpected stay we made the best of it and have a story to tell. Not a fancy hotel, but it did the trick for us.

Had two rooms on the 4th floor, for one night on our way from Heron Island to Brisbane.Was concerned about some of the previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised & very impressed. Looked like it has been fully renovated. Nice hallways & room was lovely with very comfortable beds & pillows. Bathroom was very nice too. Had dinner from Thai restaurant downstairs. A bit disappointed hotel restaurant not open on Sunday. Would recommend.
