Needs more staff and a new lift especially at busy times. The location was good because it was the start of the WHW walk to Fort William, so,it was very convenient for us.

The hotel was fine, even if the lift was out of order. Receptionist was friendly and very efficient. BUT the evening meal choice was appalling at best. There were no pizzas as the kitchen did not have a pizza oven! There was no steak nor steak and ale pie nor fish nor coleslaw! The icing on the cake was the drinks choice - I asked for a bitter shandy but was given a mixture of Guinness and lemonade! The server informed me that they were trained to serve this! After the meal we asked for a couple of Scotch's only the be told they had sold out of the ONLY Scotch whisky they had in the building! APPALLING! The breakfast much to our surprise was first rate in all respects.

free parking, friendly staff on check in. Room clean. Restaurant terrible for evening… it was soooo cold that I had to take my food to my room. The AC was blowing hard and it’s not even hot outside. Apparently it takes a while before the heating kicks in. In the end I couldn’t wait in the restaurant anymore so moved to the bar area to wait for my food. You have to book for the evening meal as they are short staffed and can only handle so many orders at a time. Restaurant is for hotel guests only but used to be a beefeater so expect the premier inn evening menu! I also want to point out it was freezing at breakfast too. Don’t know what’s wrong with this place but I’ve never had to sit in my coat to enjoy breakfast or dinner and still feel cold! This is not ok. Guessing it’s either closing down or they are changing it into more rooms? I ordered the pizza for the one night I chose to eat an evening meal and that’s why I didn’t eat here again… the pizza was still very raw in the base and shouldn’t of left the kitchen. I left it and walked out as no staff around to check in with.

In my opinion this hotel is very expensive for what it is. Totally no value for money. The room was dirty and dank and has not been maintained. Extremely disappointing and we will never stay at a Premier Inn again. I would have rated this hotel a zero if the option was given.

Basic clean hotel. Breakfast was running very late, and ran out of many food items early. I shad 8:30 reservation, they closed at 11 that day, and already they were out of some fresh fruit, croissants, some hot food items. And the hot breakfast is not a buffet, iit is made to order, so not fast. I had to wait for a table, wait to have my hot order taken, and wait for food delivery. They said the wait and running out of food happens a lot.

Great! Clean- Restaurant breakfast was good! Pity it’s not beefeater- great to see some of the old staff still here though! Bed comfy- room was very clean- and reception is warm and welcoming- Scottish weather lets you down but that’s all I can complain about ☺️

As usual reception was friendly and efficient . Sheets and towels in room 200 to the usual high standard. . This is a budget chain so I wasn’t looking for anything fancy . All the windows were open ( as usual ) and I assume this is to air the room but it was very cold However, I just happened to check the shower trap and was appalled at how dirty and revolting it was . Black mould round edge of shower and trap with thick , tangled web of hair wound round inside the cover . I have to say I was shocked and it puts me off ever staying in a Premier inn again .

Arrived just after 4, family of 4. Only one bed made up, neither of the kids beds done and only one towel. Receptionist had to go and make up the room, went and had, bar the pizzas, a substandard dinner in their restaurant, not the fault of the staff on hand. Breakfast Tuesday, paid for full cooked breakfast, but not available Tuesday morning due to lack of staff, continental offered, well no choice, no fruit left, no jams left, only white bread on offer. Staff doing their best when massively under resourced, Premier Inn management should be ashamed, their embarrassing themselves.
