The Willow

This run down filthy hotel was a massive mistake to stay at. We did a quick check-in at 5:30 p.m. but we did not return to the room until after midnight. So we did not see the full horror until it was too late. The floor was absolutely filthy and the rest of the room wasn't much better. The television was broken and also filthy. I trod on a nail that had been left on the uncleaned floor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and it felt like it had not been washed properly. We tried to complain to the owners the next morning, as we were shattered from our previous day out. But the receptionist was uninterested and the owner on the phone was extremely rude and then stopped taking my calls, when I suggested that it was unacceptable that they leave a room in that state for new customers. The arrogance of the staff of this hotel is shocking and you should avoid staying here all costs.

Needs update rooms need cleaned. Glasgow city council need to pay vist to see what people are living in. The reption staff zac lovely very polite front looks good. But be aware when u go upstairs tolite stinks of pish. Other people shoes still under bed. From last tenant
