SpringHill Suites Voorhees Mt. Laurel/Cherry Hill

People work there are very nice. The breakfast is kind of simple.

Very clean and peaceful.

Very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed down for maintenance and was not notified ahead of time since that was the reason I booked at your hotel, especially since I feel we paid a premium price for the room.

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. They should really be embarrassed as to the state of the dump of a hotel. I stayed in room 333. The floor tiles in the bathroom had cracks and they moved around when walking on them. The TV had a permanent line running down the screen l. I’m only assuming someone hit it out of frustration with the room. The toilet was malfunctioning and I had to take the tank lid off and use my hands to make the flapper work so I could flush the toilet. Gross and disgusting. There was never anyone at the front desk to address the issue. Nothing was good about this place. I’d rather sleep in my car. Do not stay here. You have been warned. Also 2 nights cost $500. Not even worth 50 a night

Room was mostly clean with some things showing age, even though the property looks newer. Breakfast buffet was nice and items were clean. Staff was working hard and everyone was friendly that we interacted with. Would definitely recommend.

My recent stay at the Spring Hill Suite in Voorhees, NJ left me feeling extremely let down. Instead of a relaxing experience, my visit was marred by the unwelcome presence of bed bugs in not one, but two separate rooms. In room 322, I made the unsettling discovery of a bed bug on the bed near the window. This finding immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the hotel, leaving me feeling uneasy. Despite being relocated to room 309, where I even brought my own bedding as a precaution, I was dismayed to find bed bugs once again. This failure to address such a serious issue reflects a significant lapse in cleanliness and upkeep within the establishment. To compound matters, I also encountered problems with the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. Water leaked from the lights whenever the guest in the room above used their shower, indicating a clear lack of maintenance and care for the property. In summary, my stay at the Spring Hill Suite in Voorhees, NJ was not only disappointing but also unsanitary. I would caution anyone seeking a clean and comfortable accommodation to steer clear of this hotel.

I liked the convenience of all the shopping and dining options in the area. The front desk staff, breakfast crew and housekeepers were excellent. Everyone was professional.
