Location was good and sheets were clean but bathroom could have been cleaner. The main foyer and overall aesthetic of the hotel is very bland and cheap. It was fine as a place to sleep for one night but not a hotel I would want to spend a lot of time in.

Take note: All rooms named standard queen room are without windows regardless labelled with or without window. False advertisement on trip.com.
Very clean and comfortable stay. Was attended by Julie when checking in, she was very helpful and was able to address our concerns about airport transfers and luggage storage. Water pressure was good too. The only downside is the centralized air conditioning which can’t be controlled or switched off. It was too cold in my room and too warm in my parents’ room. Location was good too, about 10-15 mins walk to central station.
