The room was minimally cleaned, found tash from prior occupants under bed. Broken items included: door lock, closet door, desk chair, toilet flush handle, and refrigerator. Bubbled wallpaper in bathroom. Would never recommend, there are many better options. I did approach the front desk about this who seemed pretty meh about, offered to credit me bonvoy points which I'm not a member of. Rm 216 for reference.

They do not have a pool or hot tub. Manager said it had been down for some time and probably will not reopen. We went there because of the pool. Very disappointed.

Had to change room electrical outlet in bathroom was brole towl bar fell off wall. Only 1 ice machine worked only on fourth floor. Usability a great hotel must fave been a bad week. But would stay here again.

I couldn't remember where I stayed the last time I visited this client, but the minute I walked in I realized it wasn't here. The Courtyard around the corner is much nicer. It's fine. The whole place is in need of a refresh, big time. The room is decently sized and fine since it's just me and only for a few days. Not super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is helpful. I'd come back if they updated the place.

Rooms were ok but not super clean. Was bummed the pool and hot tub were closed as this was a big reason we booked this hotel. I understand it is hard to notify guests of things like this but we would have known a day early we would have booked somewhere else. Our friends room was not as clean as ours so that added to the 3 star review

The room was a bit dingy and the air unbelievably dry and uncomfortable. We could hear kids running in the halls late into the night though I suppose that is not the hotels fault. The pool was empty.
The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was varied and hot. I’m not sure it was worth the price but I guess for the area it’s pretty good.
