Norra in the lounge was super nice and friendly. She greet me and every other persons I saw in a way really made me so welcomed and belonged. The room was clean and the facilities were great

Nice hotel. Really appreciated the bottled waters provided. Housekeeping took our used drinking glasses and coffee cup and did not leave clean ones. Needs towel bars to hangup wet bath towels. Overall nice place to stay though. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The hotel was clean and very peaceful. My stay was very relaxing. The only thing I felt that needed improvement was the breakfast options. There were no alternatives offered for people who don't eat pork products. I just settled for the bottled water and juice. If i had known that this would have been the case, i wouldnt have purchased the breakfast option.

Wonderful welcome from Jesse at the front desk on each of two recent stays. As a woman traveling solo on business, kind words go a long way! This adds to a feeling of both safety and comfort. His sincerity and niceness without overbearingness is a gift to the Marriott brand. Clean rooms with a contemporary feel. Convenient to I64 at Short Pump.

We had an ok stay. The room was as hot and we had to change rooms initially because the bedding was dirty. The staff was nice and accommodating BUT the thing that made our stay was Ms. B!!!!! She was truly one of the kindest, most-thoughtful people. She made us feel more than just welcome, she made us feel at home. We had the chance to see her twice and she really made our day!
