The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful, what a pleasure it was to have her waiting on me. The rooms are huge with large bathrooms and foyer. What a surprise to get so nice of a room. Excellent place to stay!!

They had to give us FOUR rooms before one was clean. Then, there was NO shower head, and when they came to check it it was after 9 and they just walked right in the room, no knock, nothing, and never fixed it. The curtains only covered 1/3 of the windows and we had to use a clothespin to rig them shut. THEN, on day two of our stay, our room key wouldn’t work TWICE, and the first time they said they had us in a room that was one we were never given (from the first four) and had it wrong in the computer.
Most ridiculous experience ever. There are several hotels in the area and we WILL use another.

For a 2 night stay had to switch rooms once- the air conditioner was broken in the first room and the lady tried to tell
Me it was because of the temperature change, I told her no, the compressor isn’t coming one. Then the second room we got the bed was broken, slept horribly that night. The did send someone to fix the bed the next day. But when I asked for pillows that night to help even out the broken bed, I even had to fight for those. It was not a great stay considering.

Quiet and comfortable, easy to get to... and into. Room was spacious, clean, and a great value. Breakfast was worthwhile. Lots of shopping and dining within a 3-minute drive.
