This hotel is amazing. From the moment you check in the front desk, staff provide the best customer service. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The lady that replenishes the breakfast did an amazing job. There is not one thing I would’ve changed.

Room/bathroom were small. Toilet was so low you could hardly get back up. Bathroom door is ridiculous. It is all one piece for bathroom and closet. When bathroom door is shut, closet door is open and vise versa. Noisy children next door at 10 pm. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but would not stay again.

Super nice staff, clean rooms and excellent location. We stayed one night, in the area we'd asked for, while attending the festival. A lot of dining opportunities around and a nice breakfast provided. We didn't use the pool or gym.

Best hotel in Morganton! Staff is great and always courteous. The cleanliness is top notch, always clean. Great breakfast with super service. Will be back again soon. Thanks for the great stays see you again.

I was a bit weary of the price, but I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn in Morganton. The front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was promptly ready in the morning at the time they say it starts. The rooms appear to be recently updated. Even though it is right off I 40, I didn’t really hear it. Good job, HI Morganton!

Very clean and up to date. Front desk staff was very professional and personal at the same time. Breakfast was delicious and so were the cookies. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Hotel was easy to get to and only a few minutes drive into town.

Great front desk was able to accommodate me to preferred room. Was in town from emerging from the hospital so can't say much about the amenities, breakfast or anything but room seemed clean, shower was hot. Parking lot was well lit and safe.

I stay at Hampton Hotels because I don't have to worry about consistency of service or quality. The Hampton at Morganton provides all of that and is conveniently located. Easy access on and off highway. Many chain eateries nearby. Historic Downtown 10 minutes away. Staff very helpful.

Room 312. The room had a tub and shower combo. This is a must for my wife and I. Décor is modern and does not have much drawer space. Small refrigerator, Micro wave, Lots of towels, nice Direct TV flat screen, Hair Dryer, dirty clothes bag. The beds were medium firm. Nice modern furniture with three pull out racks. No drawers in the night stand. Coffee maker and supplies. Warm Breakfast - Eggs sausage, Waffle iron, Pastries and Bread. Apple and cranberry juice, no orange juice. Lots of cereal and oatmeal. Pool was open and there was ample parking. Next door to a Cracker Barrel right off the interstate. In the bathroom the shampoo conditioner and hand sanitizer bottles were NOT blotted to the shower wall, Yay!
