I had accidentally left my laptop, and the manager called me to come back and pick it up. I was amazed at the honesty by both him and the housekeeper who found it. That's something that we don't see too much of nowadays. I would stay here again just for this reason.

Error with reservation. King non smoking had been requested. Clerk stated reservation agent had reserved “king smoking”. Double queen was substituted.
Card key had to be programmed multiple times. Request for housekeeping ignored. No amenities. No extra toilet tissue.

The damn train passes right behind the hotel, worst noise ever! Wakes you the hell up at night, passes by about 3 times every night. Everything is falling apart in the rooms, horrible area

Area is ghetto. Motel is very old and run down but room was clean. They did have an armed guard overnight which was nice. Room was very run down and old but clean

The property was run down, although some upgrades were completed in room. The room was clean but the fridge did not work. The building is run down and across the street from a rail yard. Very noisy and people were walking through the property parking area that were obviously under the influence. On the bright side the staff were very friendly and helpful.
