Bathroom was not clean, found black hair on the wall in the shower. When I addressed it with front desk he apologized but told me since I booked thru third party there was nothing he could do.

The location is excellent! Approx. a 3 minute walking distance to about 6 restaurants. Jax Fish House & Oyster bar (has rooftop bar), Mexican restaurant, Sushi restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, etc. I recommend asking for a room with mountain view on a high floor. The mountains were absolutely beautiful (on a clear day). I recommend room 807, 809, or 811. The nearby elevator was totally quiet.

I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for a meeting. I realize that the Garden Inn is Hilton’s more-affordable branch of hotels but the quality was just not what I expect for a Hilton. Sheets were cheap/scratchy, the furniture and bathroom vanity were worn/dirty, stain on the carpet, and caulk around tub was needing to be replaced.
I also was not impressed with the front desk personnel (not very professional or helpful) and the parking situation at this location was horrible. The front desk said to park anywhere and ignore any signs (2 hour parking, etc) but I didn’t feel comfortable with that. Won’t stay again.
