I was not able to check in. My flight arrived late and when I arrived they were closed. I rung the bell and was turned away from checking in stating that I was a "no-show". I had to find a place to stay in the middle of the night.

I reserved a room and they overbooked for the holiday but I got charged for the room anyway. Can't get a straight answer out of the staff and they give me the run around. Marla at the front desk doesn't even know her manager's last name. Don't know the regional manger's name or number. Still owe me money.

The hotel no longer provides dishes, coffee maker, toaster, dish rack. No Kleenex, no shampoo. No coffee in the morning. Good luck!

Upon arrival the front desk barely spoke English. First room smelled and was dirty and falling apart. 2nd room not much better. Noisy all night.

Unfortunately and this is not the staff’s fault but the homeless have started to hang around there at night into the early hours of the morning. On my last day I went downstairs to get hot water a homeless person was sleeping on the steps. I left him alone because I thought he was just trying to have a safe sleep. He then came into where the breakfast bar is located and grabbed a bunch of stuff I still left him alone because I wasn’t going to eat anything and I understand hard times. However this same person while I was beginning to dress popped the lock on my window and tried to climb through it I screamed at him and he left immediately. Two nights before that a homeless person was loudly knocking on every door including mine claiming to be someone’s cousin and could you let him in. While that is not the staff’s fault because they are nice and very helpful it is not the properties issue. Other than that it is clean enough for a quick stay.

Schnelles und freundliches Checkin, sowie Checkout. Sehr gute Lage: Target direkt neben ESA. Ein King/Kroger Supermarkt in 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Ruhige und sichere Lage. Wird optimal von UBER bedient.
