Our room was large comfortable just a pity bed too hard for us. View over golf course. Pool and steel room brilliant. All staff very friendly and helpful. Sorry but the price of wine and drink too much for us. We did listen to the live music he was great thanks.

Hotel was dated, crumbling walls, poor bathrooms facilities tired furnishing and not very comfy beds. Customer service was very average not what would be expected from Northern Irish hospitality.

I loved every bit of it, except the noise due to the renovation, of course we were informed on arrival. Service is top notch,staff friendly and response timely.

Arrived yesterday, my request for hypoallergenic bedding was met which was really appreciated. There was confusion about our booking we were not getting what was requested at the time of the booking, so that was disappointing. We were also told whilst we were in the hydro pool this was not part of the package and it would be £20 each, so disappointing again that what was booked was not what we were getting. Ladies in the spa could not be faulted they were so nice. My evening meal was awful, the roast beef was of very poor quality, very thinly sliced and very dry, for a hotel of its stature this was unacceptable I would expect more, I've never complained about food but on this occasion I had to. This was our second visit as the first visit was just perfect but this time I cannot say the same.

Hotel in a good location. Pool was good, and warm so great to be able to have this facility for some down time. Staff all excellent from checking in to bar and restaurant staff. Ate in the restaurant twice, what I chose was as I wanted it and not expensive. Breakfast was a buffet style and was more than adequate.

Gorgeous grounds, restaurant really nice. Menu was great. Highly recommend chicken tikka masala. Great a**osphere too. Breakfast basic but lovely. Very clean and tidy. Staff very nice. Pool and gym top notch. No jacuzzi as far as I know. Only negative thing I can say is the beds not very comfy. Other than that I would definitely stay again!
