Poor customer service. They gave me a receipt which did not reflect the full amount I paid and refused to give me correct one but will make a complaint as they took the money off my card and this is against consumer standards.

Older building with smaller rooms but ok if you have no other choice. Eggs n beans with the breakfast. Plates n utensils could be more cleaner.
A lady, who was serving breakfast tables seemed more worried about everything and specially rude to kids. I was not sure if it was the nature of her work or if it was something else in her mind.

Great food and good service and she is so nice they always have a laugh with us so good loved it I would come back she is so per nice she is lovely and she would have a good joke that makes me laugh every time she serves me she make me happy and you have nice people

Reasonably priced, comfortable and clean, everything you would need for a trouble free stopover or longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast menu included hot food. Just next door there is a welcoming inn for other meals and drinks. Would definitely stay there again.

Well-placed for us between Edinburgh Airport and St Andrews, small and quiet. The king-size bed was noticeably bigger than any we've seen. Having the Filketty Fox pub next door for evening meals is great. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
