Great customer service while checking in. And the breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room was a little beat up and showing it's age a little bit. Pool was closed due to weather, but we weren't going to using it anyway. Well located. Easy parking. Great shower pressure and water temperature. The fridge and microwave was handy.

We always stay here when in Globe and the staff is very helpful and very friendly but lately the rooms, elevator and lobbies have been dirty. Our room this last time had a huge stain on the carpet the mirrors were smeared and there was dirt and hair in the sink. Until this time it has always been a great experience and the staff is amazing need to work on cleanliness it has gone down hill.

It was okay but the place is not being take care of. Furniture paint is deteriorating and the walls needs painting. Towels were rough and not fluffy. Could not get a late check out since we booked thru **********
